As non-executive Director and joint co-founder of Experimentus, Carl is responsible for Experimentus’ financial management, providing direction and recommendations to the Board. He is involved in developing and executing the business strategy, reviewing merger and acquisition opportunities, as well as playing an important part in fund raising activities.
